The downside is that if he has another great year with Granada, then if one of the big boys make a bid we would never see him in a yellow shirt.
But on the plus side we get a sh*t tonne of money for a player who isn't integral to our team and no disruption is made. I'd love to see him play for us though!

Venezuela advanced, which means he gets another international game. The more of those he gets, the closer he gets to the percentage threshold. Next round they will likely get Argentina or Chile, so they are most likely done at that point. But at a minimum he should get 2 additional games.
That may be the case but Venezuela are not in the top 50 FIFA ranked countries, that is one of the Home Office's requirements.
