It's a bugger trying to find guys who want to do missions etc. everyone just wants to kill each other...

Had a good game of survivor yesterday where everyone worked together and we got to the last level. Next survivor game I was with three numpties who ensured we didnt get past level 3.

 

What's the highest round in survivor? I got to level 9 once and got 20k dollars from it

 

Ive heard theres a super easy race around the prison, that's a 30 second race and you get 2k for winning it, so you can do it repeatedly and earn cash fast.

 

Rockstar have announced that anyone exploiting bugs, glitches, weaknesses etc will be banned soon

Switched to Trevor, on the top of a mountain, in a dress. He wakes up, smashed a beer bottle against the rock he was leaning against and says:

Just completed the story. I think I'm gonna do a few more of the side missions before I go onto the online games. Chose Option C and looking at what happens with the other choices, I made the right one. Brilliant game, absolutely brilliant.

 

Whaaat? Why?!

 

I do enjoy it, but the missions are extremely repetitive

 

Waiting for the editor and when they start asking for ideas, this is when online will take off imho.

Apparently destroying cars on free roam on GTA Online labels you a "Bad Sport". That takes so much fun out of the game.

 

Well in that case, myself and the people I play with are often "Bad Sports".

Last night I got into a bit of a duel with someone... anyway, as a result, whilst this was ongoing, my friend decided he'd do me a favour and destroy my opponent's pride. Out came the Jerry Can, and after pouring fuel neatly around this person's luxury sports car that he'd clearly invested heavily in... he set it alight.

... The end result - having to pay an insurance claim of over $8,000 for this guys car. I don't think he'll step in like that again in a hurry!

 

I just hide in my house and watch everyone else on tv.

 

I've yet to own a home. :/

 

I think the online is quite boring too. Looking forward to more content being added

 

Nt sure why they have edited boneyard survival. You can no longer stand on the roof of the building and hold off the enemy. Instead I hid behind a container by the wall and completed it, when I had never previously completed that level. In trying to stop you from using the roof they have opened up a far easier exploit.

 

am i the only one who thinks rockstar massively over hyped how big the map was?

have been finding the game quite boring for the past week now even online. i would have preferred it if they had just remade san andreas with new graphics

 

It's big, but there's a lot of wasted space, aka when you're driving from the North to the south there's not a whole lot there.

 

It is a very good game, but I can't help but get the feeling that certain aspects of the online feel rushed. There are still so many bugs in the online game which you feel may have been ironed out in a public beta. The fact that we are still waiting for the promised stimulus package is also disappointing. There is not really enough in the online mode to keep me interested as there is no real story to speak of and the missions are kinda just thrown in there. It is still very fun, but I do think that it could have been done better if they had given it a bit more time. The single player are was very good, but I get the impression rockstar got desperate and decided to release the game early before the new console game out.

I also agree that the map is not as big as it seems, an awful lot of mountains to fill the space too.

 

I'd say you're jumping the gun a bit, they've promised it won't be the end of it and like you say, the main game was their priority. Holding that back would have cost big bucks. They made so much on it I expect they want to give something back and it won't all be costly add ons.

 

The stimulus is being held back because there are still some bugs that need ironing out.

 

Has anyone made money online through the stock market? I've got 200k ATM but want to see if I can grow it before improving my cars/apartments

 

Online is good when you know someone else playing and can talk to them. Otherwise it seems like a hollow version of the single player game.
