Frederick Ronnow is a highly rated keeper who's had injury problems but would be available for a sensible price as a decent number 2 to give Bond regular games on loan. Daniel Bentley a good option but likely to be expensive. Jack Baldwin is a premier league quality defender if given the chance and he should be fit by the start of next season, well worth a punt for a minimal transfer fee.
He's a massive **** on and off the pitch. Probably why Derby have gone on a downward spiral since he joined. Shows what having and getting rid of bad eggs can do for a club.
I don't care how class he is or isn't. I don't want that massive ******* anywhere near our football club thank you very much
Players that I would look at bringing in Defenders - Bellerin ( loan ), Bassong, Connolly Midfielders - Guedioura, loftus-cheek, Watson Remember we have also signed Juanfran already for next year. In saying all that, I can see us keeping what we currently have and the pozzo family sending us over 5 - 10 gems we have never heard of and Slav ( hopefully still in charge ) picking who he pleases from that group coming over
Following the demise of Parma, don't we technically have to re-sign Tozser even though it was a 2 year loan?
Many Derby fans blame him for their downfall if you look on their forums. Apparently his selfish play and poor work rate is hampering their team performance
Gomes Cathcart Angella Mings Byram Chalobah Abdi Guedioura Friend Deeney Ighalo/Vydra This team would be awesome.
His registration will soon belong to the liquidators winding up the club. I would've thought the current loan contract is still valid unless it's cancelled in agreement by all parties.
Seen a lot of mention of Mings at Ipswich - hasn't he become the Ipswich boo boy or am I thinking of someone else?
What I like about the Pozzo's is that they make these threads pointless, as very few, if any of the signings suggested will ever come to us under their model.
Albert Jarrett Moses Ashikodi Will Hoskins Lee Williamson Steve Kabba Johan Cavalli Cedric Avinel Douglas Rinaldi
If we do go up, now would be the time to invest in a few very high quality, young, English players. At the moment, Cathcart and Deeney are our only home grown first teamers so it would be wise to sign a couple more (with resale value) to give us a huge amount of extra flexibility with other players. As I've said several times before, I'd love to see us target Byram in particular.
Not guaranteed a place in the 11 like Cathcart and Deeney, though. Ekstrand was often preferred over Hoban and it now looks like Connolly is, and Anya has been in and out of the team all season with rotation and formation changes.
true enough although that's probably more down to experience rather than quality. Either way Tommy probably won't be 1st choice if we go up, for a while at least. He has the makings of a top player though.
