I have given him the benefit of the doubt so far but I was saying to the bloke next to me before it was announced he was not turning how I took my hat off to him for having the balls to face the music!

At least Simpson, Cashton and Rosso all had the balls to turn up!

I did not know God Taylor lived in the Midlands again I thought he moved back to Kings Langley. The great man came all the way for this, is there no height that this great man cannot reach!

Also, usally very informal with turning up at this event, this time they seemed to want to know the names of each person not just one persons name and guest! was this why the yellow coward never showed? he knew certain characters were not going to be there!

Take my hat off to Dyche and really really hope it works out for him, good honest decent man and believes in the Watford way!

Exactly this. They may not have been popular but they faced the music at the fans forums.

 

A little part of me thinks that its his club he can do what he wants, where as in previous times it was a publicly owned company. It's his right not to have a forum at all.

However to give just 30 mins notice of not turning up, unless he's had an accident or had something sudden like a heart attack, is a pretty rough way to treat people that have made arrangements to travel and turn up to speak to him.

 

Considering he has been hospitalised recently (we don't know what for) i think some of you are going well over the top with this.

I find it even more amusing that the people who seem the most offended are those that didn't even attend the forum themselves.

 

Too ill to attend, but he was clearly also too sick to telephone conference or to even text in, like David Fransen managed to do. He must be in a really bad way for sure, no use of fingers, voice has gone and all of this suddenly happening to him at 18:30 last night. That is such bad luck, poor man. Get well soon Bas.

I'm sure you had a very interesting question, but I would bet good money if Bassini had texted in, it would have been aired.

When is the next forum? I think we should put in a list of pre questions...

1/ What is the official procedure for phoning in sick for a fans forum? Its only fair the fans need clarity about his current and future sicknesses.
2/ We want to see huge mounds of cash that will pay for everything?
3/ If Bassini is a frontman then why didn't the mystery moneyman use someone more financially credible?
5/ Why does Dyche hate the youth? We all know he's sending our young players out on loan to make them worse players but surely they'd be better staying here not developing as players or playing against opposition that will ruin their confidence?

 

4/ Is a llama a better long-term investment than a hover mower?

Problem with Llamas is that they are not toilet trained , they will eat and then poo, it won't take long for the poo to overgrow the grass.

 

but llama pooh would then fertilize the grass making it lush and green all year round.
