Our summer recruitment was truly special. A chaotic rampage from a madman who threw a whole load of sh!t at a wall, none of which has stuck.

 

Are you allowed an extra non-HG player in the match-day squad if you have a free player slot? Pretty sure that's a thing in some leagues (thanks Football Manager) but not sure on the exact rules

 

I think it's actually starting to show that the new Sdirector has had a good go at making clear squad changes - including booting out some rubbish.?
OK not perfect but he seems to have looked for young "footballers" and he's managed to get GP to actually fork out relatively low amounts sums for them (which he's never done before).
Hopefully he brings about a complete change from GPs obsession with "max money for the odd unproven baller/loans and recovering crocks for squad fillers".
GPs mad, all he to do was ask this forum for such advice and we would have obliged for free....!!
