    They heard that Cambridge Uni won the spelling bee competition. Hated anything in yellow for years as a result

    They didn't like it when Boothroyd was our manager and we game managed our way to a 2-1 win at their place.

    Called it a disgrace and a stain on the game.

    Funny now they have a manager in Mick McCarthy who probably pretty much has the same "negative long ball" tactics.

    Think it was Steve Harrisons first season in charge, we were unbeaten up until then and they were giving TC not stop stick for some reason, the fans in the terrace were bang next to each other and suddenly a load of Watford were in their end, to this day don't know how they suddenly got in there, we lost 3-2 and I think Atkinson took us apart, great game, we had loads there that day

    Ah yeah, we ended some long home unbeaten run didn't we? Like 25 games.

    I remember some Ipswich fan outside interrupting me whilst on the phone to tell me that my comments about us 'playing well' were incorrect and he was going to kill me despite walking away from me.

    Such a nice away day.
