Was reading the report on the official site from young about our support and saw this pic.

In the background Doyley is running over join in the celebrations but this picture doesn't flatter him as looks over weight, could this be why he's been dropped for the last few games?

the reason he has been dropped as he has gone from being one of our best tacklers last season to a guy who is now afraid to tackle.

Yes, in this picture he does look like a fat old bloke, and maybe he has put on a bit of weight? But everyone has a bad photo every now and again, so thats probably the reason.

Lloyds exclusion from the squad is probably down to lack of confidence on the ball, and not getting stuck into tackles like he used to, and James Chambers imo has overtaken him quality-wise, however as he is now injured, should give lloyd another chance ;)

Don't get me wrong I didn't start this thread as Doyley bashing thread, I think he is a quality player, just saw this pic and wondered, as you say bad picture day, it did make me laugh as I thought it was shittu at first.

Being a fat git myself i will not comment on his weight but more worrying to me is his running posture it is me or is he running like a girl or even one of Elton's special friends. Would be a good picture for the caption game!!!

I've been fortuanate enough to have a season ticket at Watford this season, and believe Lloyd has put in some tremendous displays at home. He is a solid right back with pace in abundance, but do you think the lack of first team opportunities will see the big man move on to better things in the summer?

Move onto a lower club maybe where keeping the ball is not so important?

Good defender but has got to improve when in possension and I don't think he will even get a shot near goal in his whole career!

This season ? Didn't think you had one last season and i somewhat doubt you'll have one next season. Run along back to the bridge.

Why ? People moan about glory hunters then one turns up and people pussy foot around him.

If he's such a die hard, pre-abrahmovic days chelski fan why is he getting a season ticket when Watford show up in the prem.

would make sense as if they flew home tomorrow or later then they'd be jet-lagged for burnley match. (or i might be talking complete ****, i don't know what the time difference is in Dubai).

if they're flying from luton to dubai then they're flying with Silverjet which is an uber-luxury airline (i've been on it and its amazing) with flat bed seats and its only four hours time difference. So no chance of jet lag! I was supposed to be going to dubai this week with work and would've been on the same flight as them but my trip was delayed, oh well.:doom:
