Over a month to supposedly get up to speed with a poorly performing set of teammates - even after starting, playing 90 mins and being the best performer in the first game he was eligible for against United. Xisco is clueless, inept and even a 10-0 win today won’t convince me otherwise.
Genuine fear he's being tried and trained as a centre midfielder by a leisure centre manager who 'boasts coaching experience at Pobla Mafumet', which I'm pretty sure was the island in Jurassic Park.
Less than an hour until the team sheet. What players in and out will make you happy? For me it’s the following In - Hughes (CM) Pedro & although it appears it won’t happen Zinc Out - Gray and Deeney (less so the latter) Extra needs - a RB at RB and a LB at LB (crazy I know)
I used to love getting the team news as a kid. Something to look forward to when our little club came on radio 5 live with our plucky band of Hornets. Nowadays I feel like our team sheet should be read out on Comedy Central by Adam 'Same Joke for 20 years' Sandler as it's so obvious what it's going to be and for that I'd rather eat my own testicles than watch another team with Gray and Deeney starting.

We have technically better players, but they play more as a team who can score more than one goal. You do the math.
They're on a bad run and must be low on confidence. Will we be able to take advantage or will the usual coach/player ineptitude prevail?
Based on the fact that we normally fall apart after Christmas and we have been awful in the last two games (ok all season) coupled with our legendary in ability to play when it’s cold , I’m not expecting much , will still be watching though, for the love of god Xisco play Hughes, Sema and Kiko (even if he is injured) and don’t play Gray
Deeney must be foaming at the mouth. Good lineup, hopefully the start of a change. No Zinc again to start is my only gripe.
That’s a start. Still no Zinckernagel is beyond frustrating but was not expecting him to start and it already looks like Xisco doesn’t know how to use him. He’s rolled the dice - win and people will say he should have started this side/shape sooner but at least he’s woken up. Lose and he’s gone as it’s clear he can’t even get our best line-up firing.
Strange comments being delivered and repeated on Twitter - like a hypnotised audience. 'Xisco has delivered and now it's up to the players'. I guess they all truly believe, thanks to years of the club saying as much, that all the coach does is pick the team.
Snarky 'Happy with that?' comment from Watford's twitter admin there. Quite exciting to see how this team plays, does anyone know the formation? Surely it can't be a 442?
