I’m feeling oddly optimistic. Why do I do this to myself?

 

We've got 3 or 4 0-0 draws in us. They'll be laughing on the other side of their faces!

 

Our home record is pretty impressive. We haven’t scored from open play since the Arsenal game or won a game for nearly 9 months. Utd will be running scared, particularly after beating City in their last away game.

 

I'll make a prediction....we won't lose today.

I think it's safe to say every game is a must win. I'm convinced this side could win a couple on the bounce and suddenly it becomes a real possibility that we get out of this situation. Our finishing has been worse than diabolical though and scuffed shots and deflections just aren't going in for us unlike previous seasons. We just need the strikers to get a scrappy goal and hopefully the confidence grows from there. If Troy could get in the box that would be a start.
