Same situation as Fessi wish the bloke good luck at his new club and move on. Neither are good enough for the Premiership and we have a big enough squad of quality without them.

 

Actually, whisper it quietly, but we have better than them.

Fessi was great, but inconsistent and moody. Not half the player that Bobby P is though, judging from what we've seen so far and the fact one is a full Argie international and the other can't get a sniff for his country.

Vydra was great, but inconsistent and moody. As I said earlier, I'm far happier at the prospect of Success and particularly Okaka coming on for the last 20 minutes or so.

 

We effectively swapped vydra and ff for Pereyra .

How is that not a good deal.

The nearest either of those would get to playing in the black and white stripes of Juventus is if Notts county buy them

 

They have already played for Udinese I would argue thats closer to playing for Juve than Notts County

 

Pereyra is a great signing but a midfielder. We have effectively swapped FF & MV for Oulare and Okaka.

 

Still much much better.

 

Based on extrapolating 11 promising minutes and ignoring Oulare's output to date ? Time will tell.

 

What are Vydras mental stats like on FM guys? That will settle any arguments I think. Obviously he is going to have quite good stats for speed, finishing, technique etc but I fear his mental attributes let him down.

Undeniable Truth , I was talking in terms of finances, not playing positions . I'm aware of where each of those players positions are .

But would they be good enough to play for Udinese now?
I feel that they were deemed not good enough for them back when the Pozzos first bought us, that's why we were allowed to take them on loan in the first place.
If they were that good why didn't they buy them back to play in Serie A?

You questioned whether I really thought we couldn't have bought those 2 without selling. I made the same point to you. Do you really think we couldn't have bought Pereyra without selling those 2.
