Was working tonight - first visit at 6:15, so got to listen to most of the first half. Winning 1-0 and sounded like we were on top. Sarr sounded like he was really on it. An excitable man on the car radio shouted that my Betfair odds sponsored by Talkshyte were odds on for a hornet glory win.

Perhaps me watching these games was the bad luck? Everyone was going to be filled with enthusiasm and optimism. We would have turned a corner. v

Came out of my second visit at about 7:30 - turned on the radio and Patrick from Watford is on the phonein bellyache show talking in an aggrieved voice about sacking poor old Henry Sanchez Flowers.

Knew it couldn't have turned out well.

Ah well. At least all the fairweather semi-arsenspuds arsewipes might disappear when we go down and you'll be able to get a ticket again. There's always a silver lining.

Holebas and Chalobah were awful for the first goal. Forget that it was handball, no Watford player appealed for it.
Holebas just gave up and Chalobah just jogged and watched, no attempt to close the player down.
Chalobah is finished and will Holebas please leave asap.

Spot on. We have been near or at the top of the league for injuries since we came up. Similarly, we have been near or at the top of the league for yellow cards, red cards and suspensions. Poor recruitment of physically and mentally weak players.
