Must be a career first for Welbeck if he’s not wanting to play during a rare period of actually being fit enough to do so. Must be nice to be in a job where you’re offered the chance to take part or not, but presumably still get paid whatever. I think most of us here must be in the wrong line of work!
Welbeck is on a pay and play I'm sure. He could be negotiating elsewhere or we are negotiating with him for a short term deal, who knows?
I don't think he deliberately doesn't try, I just think he's mentally fragile and prone to collapse under slight pressure

Unfortunately the area we need most help is in midfield, with no positive news allowing any changes , will mean we are winging it in that area for a few more games!
Welbeck's problem may be that the club aren't going to pay him £75k a week to play, they'd rather just pay £25k and not use him. Maybe he is trying to renegotiate his deal as a result.
As long as Ken stays/fit we will be fine. They should start playing our "PL heroes" as it might encourage the interested clubs to actually make an offer.
Thing is with today’s Sarr update was that it actually said he wasn’t actually certain to make the squad. So it was a ‘we decide tomorrow if he will be in the squad and if he is, then we decide on Saturday whether he plays’ Fingers crossed!
If Suarez and Sarr are both fit to play from the start, this is what I would like to see: Foster Cathcart, Kabasele, Wilmot Ngakia, Cleverley, Sema, Femenia Sarr, Suarez, Pedro Will never happen though.

Sarr is a speed-merchant and he has already pulled a hamstring once with us. I would like him to play (of course!) but only if he is fully fit.

I've watched the last two games on an iPad (actually through the TV) but using the website rather than the app for exactly that reason. No problems at all.
