I was pleased to read in the WO that BM was paid significant compensation. I hated the idea that we had mistreated him badly.

 

Heard it was a case of Buckfast.

 

Significant compensation? I'm going for a year's supply of Irn-Bru.

3CR frequently makes mention of it during commentary. I think Duxbury also mentioned in an interview last year that Gino attends the vast majority of our games (possibly the FTRE interview?).

Pozzo Sr. is a different matter, but he's involved with Udinese's day to day runnings so that's fair enough. I think he's been to at least a couple of our games though.

They were first to to tell us about Billy getting the sack before Wobby or Sky and said we were signing Bassong a week before it happened. Been spot on of late.

 

Think most people could have predicted this, to be fair. It was the obvious move.

 

It was pretty obvious really even before he joined us, he only joined us as there was no way he could go direct from Fulham to Saudi Arabia

 

Clearly it was his desire to link up with a certain ex-Watford man that swung it for him...

I hope he crashes and burns in Spain and finds out first hand that the grass isn't always greener.

Good for him to go and get some experience in a third tier footballing backwater. Maybe after 3-4 years of winning titles in Spain or France or Bulgaria he'll gain enough experience and confidence to be able to cut it in the best league in the world - The Championship.

Integrity? Told us that he didn't want to be an assistant anymore and then he goes and takes this assistant job a few weeks later. Unbelievable dishonesty from a man who should know better.
