So did we bring any one in to replace him? Just been watching skysports the last couple min, but as we are not in the premier leage we don't count as of right now.
Good business from the Russo's - AGAIN. They're proving rather shrewd operators when it comes to negotiating. I honestly think we'd have got nearer to £4,000,000 had Will*amson not spat his dummy out and demanded a move with only a few days of the window left. He left us with no choice but to accept what ever offer came our way! We did well to get £2,000,000 upfront (500k going to Wycombe), so it's £1,500,000 we've received upfront after deductions to Wycombe, and we've made £1,350,000 profit on the entire deal from when we signed him in January. With another potential £1,000,000 to come in, aswell as a big sell-on fee for him.
Goodbye you **** and good riddance. After you benchwarm for a while I hope your leg breaks in a reserves game and that's that. Disgusting mercenary but pretty typical of the modern day footballer. No morals, standards or concept of loyalty and hard work. The **** would be happy like most of the overpaid arseholes to bench warm anyway. Please be relegated Portsmouth. Screw the 200K if they stay up.
Exactly. If it follows the modern trend it'll be a percentage of profit in which case I doubt that clause will ever be activated.
Do you know how that works with Add-ons UEA? Do we pay Wycombe 25% of the extra £1m (if it gets activated)? or just 25% of the initial £2m. I know you might not know specifics, but what usually happens?
That red band on Williamson's wrist looks suspiciously like a Reading Festival wrist band to me. Ironic that that was on this weekend at the same time as our game against Swansea isnt it Michael?
I have no idea but would hazard a guess that they're due 25% of the profit of all money we receive for him now and in the future. Otherwise we could have done a deal to take 1p up front and £2,999,999.99p after 1 appearance.
Theres different colours for different days and the full weekend. I know the Friday one was black because I saw loads of people wearing them when I was at Reading station on Saturday morning on the way down to Swansea. No idea what colour the Saturday,Sunday or full weekend ones were but it does look a lot like the ones theyve had in the past and the ones I saw on Saturday morning (except this ones red and they were black)
Well if he was going to turn up every Friday say he wasn't "fit" enough to play was there much point in keeping him?
