Granada in deep, deep trouble. 2-1 down at Celta Vigo, with ten to go. Three games left after tonight and only see the next one at home to Las Palmas as winnable. Last two are away at Sevilla and home to Barca...
The only saving grace is that they have a better head to head than both Sporting and Getafe. If they can beat Las Palmas I think they'll survive. Mind you it would help if they keep eleven on the pitch this time.
The first goal Granada conceded was comically bad. The defender took an unnecessary awful touch in his box, which allowed the Celta Vigo striker to touch it forward, all whilst the same defender went to hoof the ball, but ended up hoofing the striker.

Yes. 3 teams. And they use head to head record rather than goal difference to split teams on the same points.
Still think they're in real trouble due to the way the fixtures are for the teams around them. These are the remaining fixtures, home games in bold and with league positions of opposition. They have to beat Las Palmas and hope that results go their way elsewhere I think. Getafe-Sporting looks like it could be decisive... I am glad you didn't put Depor in your calculations , but I am still ****ting myself. Must beat Getafe this weekend, that should help Granada too.
Probably our worst season in last 20 years. We're lucky that there are (slightly) worse teams around, because never we were more worthy of relegation. And we're not safe yet, we must hope other teams don't catch us.
Really bad result for Granada yesterday too. They pretty much have to win today, or I think they're probably down.
