I suppose Brentford came out running on adrenaline. Look like they’re gassing a bit now but still keeping Swansea comfortably at arms length.

If it was an accident then it's harsh as he was basically just running, he didn't lunge or stick his foot up.

Cabango is decent as well but not sure he is any better than what we already have (although he obviously has age on his side).

Well they're certainly not about to be bringing him into the fold, so I imagine it's whether he's loaned to the Prem or sold outright (probably with some ****head buyback clause).

Yeah he's a good prospect but for what he'd cost I'd want someone who's a definite upgrade which I'm also not sure he is.

 

Genuinely don't think any of the Swansea squad are worth going for.

Hopefully Bournemouth's players and fans watched that game and saw just how easy it would have been for them if they hadn't somehow managed to throw away a two goal lead in the semis.

 

The 50th different side to play in the PL, and the one who have waited the longest to return to the top flight as it’s taken them 73 years to get back.

Congratulations. I think they’ve deserved it especially after all their near misses.

Not necessarily great news for us, as I think they could do relatively well, and aren’t a total cert to finish bottom three, whereas I feel Swansea or Barnsley probably would have been.

However, we can’t waste time worrying about other teams doing badly. Our fate remains in our hands and it’s up to us to make a great crack at staying up.

No doubt Brentford will be the media darlings next season, especially at first, and that ought to take a little pressure and attention off us.
