    Maybe if the back of the blokes shirt said "I dont speak to blacks, I kicked you because you are black" it would be more relevant

    Even so prejudice against someone because of their skin colour is portrayed as a worse form of racism then prejudice based on where you are from despite them being the same thing.

    I don't know but there was segregation in the US in my lifetime and in South Africa until fairly recently so it will take a lot longer to get racism out of the system. For example the Orange Order hasn't been able to move on from the Battle of the Boyne which was 1690. It just depends how willing people are to change their attitudes and some are fairly intransigent.
