Heurelho Gomes Extension

On a separate note to this if anyone has any footage of Gomes celebrating a goal at an away day, i would love to see it. Love his passion and connection with the supports.

Is it just because he occasionally tweets and instagrams about PSV? He only joined Watford because he didn't want to leave London, doubt that's changed!

 

I hope Gomes is dropped for Gilmartin next match now.

If Gomes was willing to play at Championship level to avoid leaving London then I can't see him leaving the club should we get promoted (and lets be honest without being superstitious, that's looking likely).

 

I saw the article in "The People", he has apparently said he has always wanted to go back to PSV at sometime and would consider doing so if they came in for him whether we get promoted or not.

EDIT:

If he goes and we end up getting promoted, we could do worse than try to get "Big Ben Foster" back!

I think he might just come as well.

 

I'm sure many of our players would consider joining Barcelona if they made an offer..... Doesn't mean it'll happen though.

 

Bear in mind we have the option to extend his contract by a year.
