Seems like he was quite highly thought of not so long ago, but has fallen away a bit with injuries, a fairly low-risk loan. Not saying he's a dead cert to be a success, but it's this sort of deal we've done best in the Pozzo era, like Ighalo, Deulofeu and Capoue

#UPDATE I understand Giorgi Chakvetadze to #WatfordFC as a DONE DEAL. Georgian offensive midfielder already took pictures with the shirt of The Hornets & succeed to his medical tests on Friday signing also his loan contract on the same day. It’s a Loan with an option to BUY slightly higher than 2M€ + a percentage on sell-on to pay at #KAAGent if they exercise the buy option in the contract at the end of the season. Now it’s just up to administration and last documents so that the information can be officially communicated.
