Yeah looks like it was a 12 hour or so ban. This massive crack down will be the shot across the bows that should bring serial Financial Fair Play offenders, Man City and Chelsea, to their senses. Doubt we will see those giants daring to try it on with FIFA given this sort of approach.

I assume Gino and Scott have settled by opting for a Transfer Awareness Course online this morning rather than take a fine or points deduction...?

So, for weeks when we're allowed to sign someone we dont yet the moment we get placed under a transfer ban we suddenly sign a load of players. Makes sense.

 

Been watching this lad since his days at Tbilisi Wanderers, he's absolutely mint, or as they say in Georgia 'მე ვარ ბარბი გოგონა ბარბის სამყაროში'

A tidy player. Can run the midfield, however, has had TWO ACL injuries. Yikes!! That’s going to limit him I’m sure. But, we might be getting a very good player if he can keep fit.

 

Is that the biggest fee for a player that has never signed for a club? I remember Hamann went to City instead of Bolton for £400k or so - blown that out of the water.

Jon Obi Mikel was quite a bit more I recall

 

Was heavily linked to Bayern before his injury. Clearly has some quality and could be an excellent signing if he stays fit. Not a gigantic transfer fee so more than worth the risk.

 

Was at Hamburg so manga knows him well
