He's a midfield wizard apparently -

 

I actually really like this one. If not for a horrible injury he'd probably already be playing for one of Europe's elite. Was always considered the better prospect vs Kvaratskhelia but got badly injured, a move to Bayern fell through and had a horrible few years.

Still only 23 and had a really good season, particularly in Europe. Think he could be really good as one of the 8's, we don't really have a midfielder with his skill set.

This is the market we're in now, could end up with an absolute gem or could barely feature. But the upside and relatively low risk financial obligations make it well worth a go over the known quantities we could probably sign for the same money.

 

I’ve just watched a few of the usual YouTube highlights hype videos and from the available evidence he doesn’t appear to have scored a goal in his career

 

I remember when we bought Craig Ramage on the cheap after he’d spent many months sidelined at Derby with an injury. Still young and with a point to prove, he went on to be one of our best players for a few seasons.

Has only played 2 seasons with a good enough sample size but glean insights from - 18/19 season with Gent and the 22/23 season with Slovan Bratislava but definitely looks an exciting profile. As @IRB said though, goalscoring isn't his forte, so whilst he's technically exciting we're still lacking the goals from wing/attacking midfield that Sarr + JP provided.

Was a midfield maestro in FM22. I think he is primarily an attacking midfielder but can operate on the left.

Unsure if that means we're employing Louza or Koné deeper.
