Well he announced the takeover before any of the newspapers, and being a Watford Fan and owner of one of largest football franchises around, naturally he gets information before others.

 

Eurgh, Miles usually has reliable sources, bugger.

 

However, an Italian jour no has heard differently, so we'll see.

Miles seems to think we're waiting on international clearance for Fitz Hall and that there's atleast one other Udinese player on trial as well as Pudil and Vydra.

Just picture this. Del Piero and Inzaghi running around a 3 side stadium in their Happy Egg shirts.......football is just too crazy at times.

 

I believe the shirt sponsors are a big draw to Italians, who are very fond of free range eggs.

 

Forestieri is on trial too and its possible the Swiss midfielder may arrive soon too

 

So was Inzaghi actually at the training ground today then?

 

I would trade promotion just to see Inzaghi and Del Piero play at the Vic in Watford colours

Heard on Sky sports that Reading have come in for him and have offer a one year deal

 

Why don't Reading just f*** off,they're fast becoming the new Cardiff.

 

Would explain why he seemingly didn't show up at the training ground today as expected.

Much as it would be great I can't see this happening. Although we have new owners and Zola, we are still a mid table championship team. We have not changed that YET. If reading have offered him a deal to play at least 1 year in the prem why would you want to come to us. Don't get me wrong I'd love it to happen but with my realistic head on I just can't see it

My sources are telling me that he hasn't chosen Reading instead, he just got in Eddie Oshodi's car. The deal should be signed after he arrives next Wednesday, giving the OS plenty of time to break the news on the following Monday.

 

Interestingly, Italy have never lost a game in which Inzaghi has scored. When we qualify for the World Cup, I can only see us winning.

 

Watford have the same Stat for Doyley.

 

Similar story for Garner, his only goal came in a 2-0 win v Millwall. There's a very, very strong correlation between Garner scoring and Watford not losing it.

Actually, turns out the same applies for quite a few players. We've never lost a game in which Walcott or Chamak has scored for us, either.

Sky sports 24 have said that Reading have offer an annual salary worth £940,000 plus signing on fees which could take the deal over the £1mil mark
I say if that is true good luck to them he only played in 9 games last season scoring one goal

 

So its between us, Granada and Reading then. Lets hope Zola can talk Inzaghi into joining!
