Janmaat has been playing a lot further forward on the right with Cathcart almost at full back, Amrabat will be ideal for that position.
Mazzarri now saying it could be even worse - a fractured shoulder - which would be a lot longer than six weeks.
Don't panic, six weeks is pretty normal for a small fracture - Of course he won't be able to run on it but I doubt that was ever a problem.
That's a big blow I think. He was key to the way we attacked against West Ham and Man Utd. I'm not sure Nordin's up to that level but will have to make do for now.
Daryl needs a trip to a Hyperbaric Chamber - like the one in the Isle of Man where the motorcycle racers with broken bones go to sit to heal themselves super quick.
I'm still yet to be convinced by Nordin as well, after we lost to Swansea him signing had given me a glimmer of optimism our attacking play wasn't dead, but quite a few games later i feel, well nothing towards him (except his chant which gets the Rookery going)
Good job we were injury free for the first 5 games, we will certainly have to have a " take every game as it comes " mentality on the field to get the points we the fans feel they can get in the next 5 games
There's nothing wrong with his legs. He only had a fractured shoulder so he should have been training anyway. Bloody lightweight.
Training? Should have been playing. Just shoulder charge with the good shoulder. Continental woofter.
