That might be true, but I suspect it is not, the Ashley Young fee gets you £10 million. Priskin, Sordell and Graham, gets you to £15+ million. The total fees for Foresitieri, Asambalonga and loans for Vydra must get you over the £20 million mark. Then you get Blissett and Barnes, and Mo Johnston, and Coton get you to the point all others carry you beyond the £25 million.
