All paper talk. Not a peep out of his agent or the player himself. Just some simpleton from Liverpool coming up with 2+2 equals five.
Would take an offer of around £80m for us to even come to the negotiation table according to Dharmesh Sheth (Sky). Safe to say he won't be going anywhere anytime soon.
More than Sancho. Classic. I genuinely (for once) am happy to praise Gino for hanging on to Sarr and seemingly keeping the player happy in the process. But those two transfer bods on SSN know the square root of nothing at all and it’s hilarious watching them for 60 mins claim otherwise every night.
Don’t have a marble one. Ikea apparently, came along with King Ken as part of that deal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep, I've no doubt websites get a lot of clicks with made-up Liverpool or Man Utd/City rumours. Scousers & Mancs must get fed up with it haha.
Haha. Yeah I do find them quite watchable, but it’s just like watching an hour long discussion on the transfer suggestions thread on here.
On the contrary, Deeney & Sarr are the only 2 WFC players they could name....and Deeney wasn't starting (presumably still not fully match fit and being eased back in ?).
Agree with this. I give the recruitment team a lot of crap for signing mercenaries and clients of agent mates but the fact they signed a Champions League level winger and got him to play a season in the Championship with no attitude or performance issues whatsoever should be heavily praised. Sarr is already legend status in my eyes.
Agreed, I never thought I would get to watch Ismailia Sarr in a Watford shirt for two more seasons after we got relegated.
Got to give Sarr and his advisors/agents a great deal of credit too, to be fair - there are so many ways and inputs through which he could have been utterly poisoned against it/us, but instead we never even had a second's moodiness on pitch (except when celebrating every goal he scored) let alone any toys out of prams or, indeed, refusals to train or declarations to the media designed to force a way out of the club. They have collectively read the runes of the situation astonishingly well - I imagine in exchange for essentially a blank cheque to leave this summer, as long as the price is right.
A full season in the championship was good for his future career. Hopefully players who have got out on loan will get 30+ appearances this season and also benefit. Spend half or a full season with us this year, carry on performing as he did against Villa and he leaves on a record fee.
I see Spurs have or are signing an 18 year old lad from a French team called SARR! I wonder if this is where the rumours came from that they were interested in signing our SARR? I certainly hope so!!!
It seems to have benefitted his physicality and taught him to stay on his feet under challenge more....he shrugged off attempted fouls numerous times on Saturday.
Maybe Spurs made a mistake. Blimey, they’re going to kick themselves when we play them later in the month and our Sarr is on the pitch.
Sell this charlatan before more performances like Saturday reveal the truth of the matter, that he's fast but shyte.
Unfortunately Forest are already well-stocked at right-wing, they've got some Danish fella I think you may have heard of
