The club have sent out an e-Mail regarding season ticket refunds for this season.

Probably be on the site too I guess.

According to SSN, up to 10 clubs (bottom half) in the PL want relegation scrapped in the event of the season being curtailed.

I can get 115 odd quid refunded. Bonus! And I get all those hours I would have spent at the ground back, to stay at home and do stuff.

Except all the areas the players use at our ground are top class, were built for the Premier League and are only a couple of years old. And with no fans there I'm sure they can convert other areas too.

They're likely to have more trouble at Old Trafford than Vicarage Road.

No problems at Turf Moor. They've sorted the showers out, anyway - half the pitch for the warm down, sprinklers on in the other half. Simples. ;)

They could have a big problem with the dressing room, more seriously. It was built in the sixties, in the days when there were 12 players, the manager, they physio, and possibly 1 assistant. Rumour has it that it's been extended.

Or they could use the hospitality boxes. One each, if they like.

According to some reports he's unwell but it's not Covid19 related. Missed last two sessions of training too. Hopefully be back in time.

Two friendlies lined up apparently, with one of them being against Brentford.

As @lowerrous has previously said, the other one reported to be Arsenal - which would make sense given the proximity of the training grounds.

I think moog was being flippant. And it’s excellent that many are giving their refund to charity. But equally I wouldn’t have any moral judgements over those who aren’t. My sister runs her own events business which obviously doesn’t exist anymore as things stand and who knows when events will be up and running again. Her husband started a new job in January and now finds himself at risk of redundancy through no fault of his own. There is no way I would expect her to give any refund to charity.

Troy was finally back in training today.

Penaranda seemed to feature quite a lot in the training vids on the club's Twitter page, with Deulofeu still not back for a while could we see him finally given a chance on the left wing?!

(Haha, psych, he'll never play for us)

As with the Bundesliga, 5 subs will be allowed in the PL restart (with the 5 subs having to take place in a max of 3 intervals). There are also now 9 subs allowed on the bench.

On the one hand it's good for us because the stamina of a lot of our players is absolutely terrible, but on the other hand it's bad for us as our possible subs are all terrible as well.

    Away at Burnley Thursday 25th
    Home to Southampton Sunday 28th

... with Southampton having had 2 days more rest than us from playing on the Tuesday.

    ****

(Burnley get an extra day's rest for their next game)

How can that be right? Why can't they, for example, just swap our Thursday game with Palace v Pool on the Wednesday, thus giving at least giving us a 3 day gap between each match?
