Are all fan bases weirdly obsessed with ex-players coming back, or is it just Watford fans?

As a caveat, i'd absolutely take Vydra right now...

If Vydra goes to Muff its inevitable he'll score the goal that knocks us out of the play offs.

 

If Vydra goes to Muff there’s a fair chance they’ll go up automatically even though they have a bit of ground to make up at the moment.

Sadly I think we’re more likely to bring back Nathan Ellington than Vydra.

It is so frustrating though as it’s such a weak league this year we’d only have to be half decent to go up. Anyone with half a brain cell could see we need a decent striker. Not signing Vydra will cost us a hell of a lot more than signing him will.
