For the size of him he looks like a right pansy. Hope to be proved wrong but I think he's a non starter.

A lone twitter account is saying that a Chinese club has negotiated €35m for Success. Probably bull****, good money for a guy who can't play more than an hour every month though.

Everton looking to offload Tyias Browning (22). Was very highly rated last year but has fallen behind Holgate.

Plays both CB/RB - might be worth a look even if just to replace Mariappa.

Is he related to Robert,Elizabeth Barrett or Gravy or perhaps all three?

    If so then I'm in!

It's not a troll account, the guy works as a sports reporter for a nationwide chain of radio stations in Spain. He might be wrong but he's not a troll... The club he says made the offer is Beijing Guoan who are managed by Success' old boss at Granada, Jose Gonzalez.

A lone poster on WFCForums is bothering to tell us these bull**** stories despite it being pretty clear that the entire forum think he's a ****. And his previous login was a **** who everyone blocked so he created a new one.

Yet he calls other posters 'sad act'.

I see Chelsea have received a bid for Begovic, most likely from Bournemouth with the rumoured fee to be £12m. Would love us to go in for him, Gomes has been pretty poor this season compared to the last two seasons

Yeah it's being discussed in the Ruddy thread.

My understanding from the reports is bournemouth bid £10m and chelsea have said bid £12m and he's yours.

He's only 29 so I am absolutely baffled why we arent in for him. We are surely an equally attractive draw as bournemouth. And he's 29 so we'd get 6 good years out of him (probably).

Much as I'd love us to throw all our cash at sexy foreign strikers, this would be a very sensible transfer.

Probably something to do with the whole £12m thing.

Begovic does seem the most obvious bit of business for any club like us/muff to go for, I think you would do well to find a keeper of his quality and experience for less and at 29 you could sort your #1 keeper spot for the next 5 seasons or so barring any injuries. Although he has sat on the bench lately I imagine a run of games and he'd be right up there again.

Yeah no doubt. But £12m is the new £5m judging by recent transfer activities. I guess the pozzos just arent ready to face up to this reality yet! And considering it's their money not mine, I cant really blame them

  26. After last Jan I cant blame them for being cautious and thrifty

Fair point. Plus he's barely played in 5 years so might be complete **** now

You forgot the original Oracle meaning. A priest or priestess acting as a medium through whom advice or prophecy was sought from the gods in classical antiquity.
