yeah I got one ok earlier today. Thought I’d rather spend £5 this weekend to workout it crashes/doesn’t work, rather than £10 next time.

I contacted the app developer the other day about watching on a smart tv and they said...

The app is not currently available on Android TV and there is not an APK available right now. However, you can cast from your phone to your TV if your TV has Google Cast.

 

In the meantime, I've signed up through the website no problem, but I can't find any way of accessing Hive Live on the app. Anyone else found it?

 

Maybe its me, but i cant get the app to go landscape on an iPad, so watching through the app will be useless. As to signing up, it looks to me that you have to buy video of each match one by one.

 

I am on IOS, so cant speak for the Android version. But... just found there was an ios app update 21h ago, after i stalling that, a red banner has appeared at top of the Watford app, titled Hive Live. Clicking that lets me login with my watfordfc login (confusingly, this isnt my fanid). And presumably if i’d paid i would see more options, but its telling me i havent paid... and its right (as i dont know if i will be able to waych tmrw i havent yet signed up for it)

 

Figured there would need to be an update for it to show, but there hasn't been one on the Android app store.

 

The update that includes Hive Live has just this minute arrived on the Android app store (better late than never). I installed it & a new Hive Live red banner appears when I use the WFC app

 

Yeah domestic is match by match I think. If you live abroad you can buy the full season. Wonder if VPN users can get the international option?!

I'll hopefully steam through the website on the smart TV rather than on the app. Be a nice trial today for the proper matches!

Had to go for a setup of accessing through Chrome on the TV. A couple more steps than I'd like compared to an Android TV working app but it's working very well so far.

 

You doing it directly from the website? Or via a smart device app?

Tried on the smart TV and am stuck on a "already signed in" page that says it's redirecting me but is stuck on that page.

Oddly enough I haven't even entered any details to log in on it!!

Laptop is working fine. But but rubbish stuck on a laptop for a tenner a game.

 

So won't work in Chrome for me. but works in Incognito - Strange.
