Layun plays because he's mobile and quick and will cover a lot of ground. Something the other midfielders don't offer.
If Fernando was only back in training this week after his knock then save him for Monday's game. Easier to play him in a home game anyway than an away game where he'd have to put in a defensive shift.
Layun clearly shows enough in training to start so good enough for me. The opposition suits him more than ipswich did. Not sure how the front 3 will work to be honest. What has happened to FF? Not do or die this game but a win here probably guarantees play offs at the very least and puts us in a great position before the Boro game. Sitting here at home knowing I should be there. If FF was fit, he would be on the bench. No way Joka wouldn't have a striker on the bench if he had any other option .

Great point considering the circumstances but it's out of our hands again for a bit. Bournemouth SHOULD win the title. We needed to before but we really really need to beat M'Boro. Today showed the players really are committed and they want this. So lets support them on Monday!!
