www.walesonline.co.uk/footballnatio...oop-for-three-on-deadline-day-91466-29341689/ Sorry if posted before but welsh press say that we enquired about david cotterill from swansea whilst telling them AM is worth 2 mil
DC would havr been an exvellent adfition. I would have liked to have seen a cheeky loan bid for lloyd dyer.
My favourite bit is that we valued him at 2Million. I am increasingly thinking that BBB and SD read this board and listen to me so: Starting 11 Sordell, Garner Yeates, Eustace, Hogg, Forsyth Thompson, Mapps, Taylor ****inson Loach bench of: Weimann (bring him on early if we arent scoring) Gilmartin the rest i leave up to you thanks
I think you are correct. That's why they are preparing for League One. :dismay: BTW did you know his full name? David Rhys George Best Cotterill
why are you playing ****inson at right back? and thompson at left? why are you playing yeates on the left and forsyth on the right?
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,,11731_7147096,00.html "Swansea City winger David Cotterill is hoping to secure a loan move away from the Premier League new boys in order to play regular first-team football. Cotterill has not been involved since the Swans won promotion to the top flight and his last appearance for Brendan Rodgers' side was back in January. He spent time on loan at Portsmouth in the second half of last season and is reportedly wanted by three Championship clubs, including Watford. The Wales international is disappointed he is not in Rodgers' plans at the Liberty Stadium and is now waiting for the loan window to open. "As soon as the loan window opens, I'll be looking to get out and play a few games," said Cotterill in the Evening Post. "It's really frustrating at the moment that I'm not playing. I'm not even travelling with the team so it's important I go somewhere else to give me the best chance of getting in the Welsh squad. "My future's not looking very bright at Swansea, that's no secret because the gaffer's put it out in the press. "It's been very difficult because I thought I'd come back this season with a clean slate. I kept my head down and worked hard, but obviously that wasn't enough because I didn't even get to travel for the tour of Austria. "It's frustrating because I do really like the club. When I left Sheffield United I wanted to settle at a club for a good few years, but that's not going to be the case. "The manager's been up front with me. It's just disappointing because I want to play for someone as good as him."
^ sounds like Cotterill has got enthusiasm for the game and wants to progress his career by playing rather than sitting around collecting his wages.
Presumably he will, like ****inson, know Woan from being loaned to Portsmouth last year. He'll obviously know ****inson and Hogg as well. Could be a useful signing if we get him.
Short term yes. The novelty soon wears off unless the team is successful though. Would love to see the East stand rebuilt:eating:
My sauce say's were after someone with the initials hp, How true this is i dunno, He never has been very reliable :/
