I had an exchange of posts with Burnsy which basically covered what I said to you in my reply. Whether you believe it or not with your toy throwing out of your pram antics isn't my concern.

Genuinely don’t even think this team needs over coaching right now.

4-4-2. Sarr & Sema wide. Any combo of big man slightly smaller man up top. Ngakia, Femenia, Foster & any two centre backs.

Football is a simple game IMO.

I am told he is gone.

I may be behind the times.
Deeney had a fight with him and is in

I have been reprimanded for saying that Sinatra. But it is. D+P upfront. Sarr/Sema/Pedro wide. Back four. One deeper central mid one more attacking one.

You’ve been rumbled mate. Deny it all you wish. There are articles out there tonight saying it’s because the owner is disillusioned with the style - yet you know better. As you’ve claimed for weeks. And been wrong.

This is where I get my point about Pearson being ideal in the championship. That’s precisely what he did in the Premier league, too simplistic to be sustainable there (especially with Gerri injured) but likely more than enough in the championship.

Football may be a simple game but our centre mids and our strikers are all varying levels of turd, which complicates things.

If anyone has any gossip about what went on behind the scenes re player rebellion, Deeney bust-up etc, please post. No matter how tenuous the source. I live for this ****. I don't think we can top Pearson punching Masina at half time, but you never know

A genuine question and not one trying to start an argument - who would have played left-back today with Kiko not available?

That was the only reason I could come up with as to why Ivic went back to a 3 centre-backs today.

Indeed it is, because everyone here knows explicitly the position you have taken, what you have been saying, and what you said this afternoon on the Shoutbox.

It's a fair question - as folkestone has said, I would have gone with Wilmot. Or, perhaps made a positive move and started with Masina to see how long he could last, given the fact that he was fit to play at all. Or, if I was prepared to put Marc Navarro on at all, field him at right back and Ngakia at left back; a role that he had at times played in his days as a West Ham youth.

You told me in the shoutbox last week there was no chance he’s getting sacked. You’ve said it to others. You’ve added caveats as the weeks gone on. I could care less about games of ‘I told you so’. But you’re just denying things you’ve clearly said to people.

You’re also ignoring the reasons that are being given for his sacking by those closer to sources than you and suggesting it’s for one of your mythical acceptable reasons.

    Charlatan.

I thought he was pretty good and some of his passing with his left foot very accurate.

But that's with hindsight. If he'd started with 4 at the back with Wilmot at left-back the criticism would have been strong as of 2pm.

Cynical hat on. Of course they expect him to be sacked, it's what they've been working towards.

Edit: And there they go, job jobbed

You are too much of a gentleman Recluse for having an argument with. :) I would have played Wilmot there. Not ideal of course but Masina is not fit enough. And as has been mentioned before Gino and Floppo failed to secure a left back when Pervis left us. But upfront two and two wide. If Gray is going to play up there we all know he needs a targetman alongside him. How Ivic decided once again to leave Perica on the bench mystifies us all.

No wonder we are the laughing stock of English football. What a shambles all round

Genuinely would not be surprised if it's given to Deeney as a player-manager role, similar to what Rooney had at Derby
