    "Watford is interested in signing Udinese's Ignacio Pussetto in January. The midfielder could continue his playing days in the Premier League club, if a transfer goes through. Pussetto is not happy at the club, which also means that Udinese are interested and could look to reevaluate the player after June, should he get playing time elsewhere."

    I've heard he takes up good spots on the pitch, but is liable to pop if put under too much pressure.

    Last season he was very good, took the spotlight off De Paul. No idea what's going on on with him this season but isn't getting the minutes on the pitch. Maybe we will be saying goodbye to Pereya and this fella is the stop gap.

    Sema plays down the left. Pussetto for whatever reason has made just five appearances off the bench. After his performances last season no wonder he is frustrated. Moderately pacy, good dribbler, bag of tricks and likes to get into the box (scored against Juventus when the ball popped fortuitously to him). A right sided Deulofeu and would help to take the workload off Sarr as well. We should have gone for him when he left Huracan.

    Drinkwater is a great suggestion. Pearson knows him inside out and get him back to where he was on the verge of playing for England. With Cleverley still out, Chalobah sadly nowhere we need someone like him to ease the workload.

    Is Pussetto more effective on the right or central? I reckon our need is now more for a central advanced midfielder given how poor Pereyra has been and we keep having to bring Chalobah on there.

    Drinkwater could be useful, but would Burnley allow him to go on loan to us? Also, even for Pearson it could be a big challenge to get him back on track.

    He would play down the right LR. But he loves to drift in and can play as an attacking midfielder but has rarely done so.

    While it's not the highest priority position imo, we could do with greater depth on the wings. An injury to del or Sarr and we're back to putting square pegs in round holes. I have a feeling pereyra might be on his way before long too. This guy sounds good, and hopefully easily arranged.
