Next week is far more important. I'm off to Burnley next Saturday, if we can follow up today with a similarly creditable performance as well as a result, he might save himself. He probably has a few more games than I originally thought, but it's still a fairly short leash

For Watford fans it's sods law - everything they hit against us went in. They had some really good chances against you and they misplace their shooting boots and develop 50p heads.

At least this lot losing gave me something to cheer about today

 

That's four league defeats on the spin now. Just one place above relegation. The fact they only beat us 1-0 on their own patch sums up how bad they actually are.

Silva has now gone back above Poch and is odds on to go. I think both Silva and Poch will be sacked in this international break.

 

They really can’t complain. He’s been exactly what he’s supposed to be. His teams will concede loads from set-pieces, they’ll have loads of players sent off, and they’ll produce moments of real quality that keep you hanging on in the hope that it’ll become a consistent thing.

Reading some of the posts on GOT, a few are saying that if Silva goes then Brands will have to go as well as he went all in to get him and backed him with some serious money, however Moshiri won't pull the trigger on either.

Fair enough. Safe to assume that no one's lined up so agree if you lose to West Ham next week then it's surely over.
