I knew there was a reason why Boxing is my favourite sport these days.

    What a load of sh*t.

We need a HUGE transformation (AGAIN) this summer. Build the team around Will Hughes & Kiko Femenia. The rest can f**k off.

Part of me actually hopes we go down, because we deserve to!!

How is it possible for me to dislike so many people at this club? Another manager gone in the summer and half the squad should go with him.

Surely to God a third season like this can't happen next season and we manage to stay up?

Prem football seemed so much fun years ago. We aspired.

Now we are a Stoke. We despair.

Was just about to type "at least we defended well". Which in all fairness we did. For around 91 minutes.

It's all well and good saying "the players are ****", but this is clearly not the case, as the first quarter of the season demonstrated. Motivation is massive in football...

It's a horrible existence being a lower mid table premiership team. Sure you'll get the odd spectacular win, but as punishment for that you have to ensure 25 horrific games of football.

Still, I'd rather be in the Prem just for those rare exceptional games.

The majority of people on here shot me down on the day that we appointed Gracia for questioning the appointment.

I wonder how many of those have now changed their mind?

He was and remains a risky appointment, and I don’t believe is the man to take us forward. Chelsea was a great night and he did well to get those wins against Everton and Brom that should still keep us up, so you could argue he’s done what he was brought in to do. But let’s not lose focus on the direness of every other result. Six away games now without a single goal. A defence barely improved. Football so tediously dull.

Sadly Gracia has been mostly distinctively average in his career, punctuated only by limited success in an 8th and 9th place finish in a league where usually only the top few sides are much good anyway. I didn’t think he was the right man to lead us forward when we appointed him, and I certainly don’t now.

I believe many people were so happy to see Silva get fired, they didn’t consider or question properly the credentials of his replacement. If any of us did, we were quickly told we were wrong. But were we?

Please God let us dispense with his services in the summer, because if we don’t, its going to end in tears.

See my scathing review of today's 'performance' below..

    - We were absolutely awful. I think that might be the most boring match I have watched this season. Not one clear chance of note.
    - Disgraceful performance from Pereyra. Wastes 2 corners then goes for the most obvious dive you'll see this season. Spends too much time fannying around on instagram as well. Needs to get his head in the game and needs to do it now.
    - Deeney **** on his own upfront, but in fairness was offered no support.
    - Huddersfield fans the best in the league. Made so much noise today and at the Vic this season. Hope they stay up.
    - You could just tell couldn't you that we were going to concede at the end. These players are absolute bottlejobs, and honesly didn't look like they cared, or were even up for it from KO. So disappointing.
    - Can anyone remind me why I renewed my ST for next season?
    - We're 9 points above safety with 4 games to go. We should have been safe weeks ago but the nincompoops in red shirts today just couldn't give a toss really.

Maybe the players need to start feeling the fans heat a bit more. If they don't want to fight for the cause let's out them one by one from the stands

4 shots in 90 mins against HTFC !! The players really aren't interested. As I forecast it was like Hull away last season all over again.

My brother just rang (I bailed out on this one), to say we lost, did not believe him as was following on Corals and had passed the cash out options. I had us down for a draw or win. This is now relegation form. It is probably coincidence but since we have dropped Gomes, no away points and is that three last minute goals conceded? Any way thank goodness Southampton and Brighton have awful run ins. We will at least finish above them in 16th. Can't comment on the game, but I think we can get something from Palace and Newcastle at home, but looks like Gracia may have a harder time getting a contract extension, and that 5,000 ground extension maybe re thought and instead we focus on a rebuild of the defence. We miss Cleverley supporting Decoure in midfield. Players apparently look as disinterested as they did during Walters last 7 games

Tom Ince scored the winner in a pathetic 1-0 against us for Blackpool in 2014. How times change.

If you are an opposition team, and you have a debutant child or a hot and cold, mostly **** mercurial and utterly frustrating talent, don't worry: just play him against Watford, and he'll instantly become a goal scoring, match winning hero, free of charge.

I thought it was a tremendous away display, very unlucky to concede and we did a professional job on them for 91 minutes. Really missed Holebas to give us a bit of balance across the left side and his inswinging corners.

Disgusted by that performance.ance, can't remember a shot on target. Deeney is useless, if he can't take that response he can do one. Safe performance and that was it. Thank god for Southampton being ****.

Karnesis - 7, not at fault for the goal due to the glare from Capoue's hair.

Janmaat - 6, scored a great goal against Chelsea that time.

Prodl - 2, hasn't recovered from the footballing ability transplant whilst injured.

Cathcart - 5, finished 5th in the world bocchia championships in 2003. Out of 5.

Mariappa - 8, a wise decision by the head coach to play the least left footed person in the history of mankind at left back.

Hughes - 7, looked tired. Hoping war doesn't start soon.

Capoue - 8, always say that you can tell a good player but how much you don't notice him. This guy is a world leader.

Doucoure - 4, constantly reminded of Liverpool by seeing Klopps best mate on the Huddersfield bench. Favourite fruit is non-seeded grapes.

Kiko - 6, he was a free transfer remember?

Pereyra - 8, had fun teasing the Watford players with his non corners. Loves trolling and the sound of rainfall.

Deeney - 9, MOTM, neat and tidy. Popping to a proper northern Indian on the way home, not that soft southern ****.

Gray - 8, best Watford captain in our history.

Richarlison - 5, needs a break, has played 118 games in 165 days.

Sinclair - 9, Sinclair? More like SincMessi. Future star. Possibly in a school nativity.

Gracia - 10, knows how to beat the big boys. The next Ferguson.

If Malts is going on a rant, things must be bad.

And they are. Loss of concentration in the final minutes over and over again. And the defence had done well up to then. Pointless substitution of Hughes by Sinclair probably confused them

Well, I suppose the second half was better than the first. We seemed to have Huddersfield comfortably at bay but then implode like normal in the closing stages. It's laughable now. Predictable too - the most annoying thing today was they scored while I was just about to bung another couple of quid on in-play on them to win.

Gracia is setting the team up like he's going through the motions and knows he's off as soon as the final whistle goes at Old Trafford. His perserverance with Deeney up front on his own is baffling. Then Pereyra, who was having a stinker, somehow stays on while Femenia gets subbed. A few of the players looked absolutely shagged by the end. I'd say it's a lack of quality and confidence rather than effort doing us in. The debacle for that Defoe goal has literally changed the course of the remainder of our season.

I don't like picking on Deeney, and I don't think I have the necessary footballing understanding to really access his performances.... But they've been pretty dire in my opinion.

Made worse by the fact he's the man tasked with motivating the team on the pitch. Granted we aren't exactly blessed with leaders, but you would expect your captain to lead by example.

But I am being harsh picking him out, as really the whole side was woeful today, including Hughes

We’ve lost 5 games under Gracia.

As a lot of teams do, we’ve taken the foot off the gas after we basically secured safety. 3 of the 5 losses came after that point.

Is it really time to bin him off already? We don’t want some consistency and a chance to build a platform, just once? We criticise the media for mentioning our track record of disposing of managers, but some of our fans are exactly what they say we are.

    Calm down.

I haven’t been near the forum for a few weeks because I seriously didn’t want to come on and say ‘hey guys maybe I was right all along about Gracia’. Because I didn’t want to be right. Because this is my team as well and I want us to win and I’d have been the happiest person here to have been proved wrong about him and to have held my hands up and apologise for doubting him the day he was appointed.

And like many on here, at first I thought I had been wrong, because we showed some promise.

But omg the last few weeks. So so so bad. So rank average. So little to cling on to, to give us all optimism over the coming summer months.

Gracia should be sent on his way, with our grateful thanks for keeping us up (hopefully). He is not the way forward.

It’s not about calming down. I questioned his appointment the day he joined us. I’m not bandwagon jumping. He is a very average coach. He isn’t the right man for us. I don’t believe he will build a platform for us, or take us forward. People can hide behind whatever excuses they want to, but we’ve not scored an away goal in any of his six in charge. That’s before and after we appeared to get enough points for survival.

Well Huddersfield's is pretty hard too with Everton/Arsenal home and Chelsea /City away.

Once again we will stay up due to other teams not getting points despite a poor end of season .

I imagine that the board are looking for another manager already.

I don't know if Gracia is the answer. He came in during a difficult period, and I think he's probably done enough to keep us up.

There's really not that many top coaches out there, and I think the reality of how we are setup puts a lot of potential managers off.

I feel whatever happens with Gracia that we'll be stuck in an endless loop of sacking and hiring
