Hypothetical scenario , a few folk get killed TVOR outs himself as a martyr and hopes the real martyr is already dead! Then if TVOR is the last wolf he has a cast iron alibi!
I was thinking Darave however!!!

Point 5 can you clarify this, I've looked back and cannot see '...' in any of the messages, or have I misunderstood what you mean?

All your other points seem pretty weak to me, but maybe it is me? Does anyone else agree or disagree with me?

 

Check the rules Norway The Martyr cannot lie about who he is! Plus can you tell me where this happened you being outed as a Mason!

Anyway there is no point in arguing with each other, as I don't really think you are The Wolf, I just want clarification as to where you were actually declared a Mason to eliminate you from enquiries once and for all.

 

Darave on day 7 when it was between you and Cude ,cude didnt believe it was you . I am trawling back for a reason mate . I want to see who if any are changing their tune or contradicting themselves .
Frankly if you have had the nerve to call yourself into question twice .you deserve to win!

TVOR where in the rules does it say a wolf cant claim to be a martyr?

Martyr - The Martyr is a regular villager with one exception. If they are selected as a kill by the wolf, the the alpha wolf will be killed with them. Only the original Alpha Wolf can be killed this way, not any Wolves below in the pecking order. In this way their job is to get themselves killed by the wolf. However they may not make false claims about their role to do this (i.e I'm the seer!).
If the Martyr is killed by the villagers, nothing special happens.

 

Tvor if you look back you will find I have defended going Down Squibba and Powerjugs and they have defended me

 

However I do believe we need to analyse Norns game play to date to search for clues

Awful argument. We've voted to lynch several players that have been proven good, so that means nothing.

The balance of probabilities suggests to me that it's far more likely we've lost two seers than the wolf deciding to go AWOL. That said, voting for Darave seems like the most logical option, because then we can put to bed for good the seer/wolf conundrum. If he's evil, we win. If he's good, we know we have no seer.

I voted for Cude in a hurry without seeing the message so I apologise for that. I would like to see an end to the TVoR/Cude battle, it's become a slight distraction. Who knows, maybe he was right all along?

And of course when people looked back to see who voted for who, all they would see was that Jellyman voted for Cude, they would have been unlikely to have seen the post he made regretting his action!!!

 

If I was the wolf and going around killing anyone that suggested my name then Optimistic and PO would of been the first to go.

Jellyman was a proven good and therefore was always at risk.

A wolf is going to kill people that make others look guilty and not himself.

 

Day 2 post 47 this piqued my interest

Since I'm on my phone, I can't make bold the Mary and Mabel part of this, but here's tedious link number 2- Mary and Mabel were the first two names of Mary Mabel Rodgers, the last woman legally executed in the state of Vermont, USA. What was her crime? Killing her husband when he least expected it, kinda like a wolf in sheep's clothing...

It could be a load of *******s, but people say things on here with a purpose. Don't just ignore someone's comment as weird ramblings

said in context of TVOR calling his sheep these names.

 

What I want to know is what did the wolf drop? was it a shepherds crook?

If they agree with each other before the evening, TVOR and Norway could finally screw it up for the good team.

Or if Norway convinces norn that tvor is the wolf and has somehow played a blinder.

Evil really could win this even with the odds stacked against them (him).

 

They don't suspect the wolf which is incredible work from him.

Wonder if TVOR will be eaten tonight?

 

I have no doubt that it's Norn so I've just voted. Let's be honest, it's him or me. I don't believe that TVOR could of got so lucky with the Martyr claim.

I had a little look back and it seems that Norn has been very clever, voting with the crowd and stating a lot of obvious points.

The biggest mistake he makes is fishing for hints about player roles. I've seen it's him that pushes Norway for information on Masons and even try's to find out if he's the Seer. Why would a good player do that?

He asks about PJ, a very subtle hint to people that PJ could be evil. Norway suggests we shouldn't worry about PJ and the next day he's killed.

Then you have the last bit of key evidence. The messages claiming I'm evil. Why on earth would I want to stoke up suspicion against myself when I was in no danger of being lynched that day? Putting myself in the firing line for no reason would make me rather thick, which I like to think I'm not.

I'm going to a meeting and won't be about for a couple of hours. I suggest you think logically about your votes gentleman otherwise we're all going to be Norn's dinner tonight.

One question TVOR why cant it be Norn? Not asking why you have gone for Darave ,just want to know why you discounted Norn

Just a quick point of information here...

I will be on a train between 1945h and 2145h so if there are still votes to be cast after half seven the village will close whenever I have good internet connection on the train. So it might be that you all vote before 6 and I'll close the village then, but then it might end up being gone 8 before the village shuts.

I still dont think its Darave ( probably totally wrong ) so if I go for Nonironhorn and he goes for darave it becomes in the lap of the gods! for the result.
Norn has played a quiet and canny game , Darave if he is the wolf after naming himself deserves to win .
Tvor claim that he was a martyr could that have been lucky cool if martyr died early we were told that a very good player was killed and TVOR picked up on this.

Try reading day 7 from post 51 onwards and you will see a lot of our now dead colleagues are pretty convinced it is Darave, and reading through Daraves and Norns comments in general makes me lean more towards Darave than Norn.

Furthermore, the bit about The wolf naming Darave as evil twice, if you think about it is quite a clever ploy, as by the 2nd time it was 95% established that the messages were coming from The Wolf, which would make us all inclined to disbelieve the claim that he was evil, which most of duly did.

Does that make any sense? It does to me, but what do I know?

I have looked carefully at both Norns and Daraves posts and the general demeanour of them makes me lean more towards Darave, so unless you have played a blinder, because I haven't scrutinised you, my overall opinion is that it has to be Darave, and don't forget a lot of better players than me also had their very strong suspicions of him, but that 2nd post about him being evil threw them and us off the scent.

I could of course be wrong, but maybe it's 3rd time lucky.

I see TVOR didn't answer your question and just gave a list of reasons why it could be me. I don't think he's thought it through properly as talks about the second time I was named evil but forgets the first time we still weren't sure who the messages were from and I got hammered and no one believed me, only being saved by a 25/1 horse ridden by the man himself!

 

You've just made you're first mistake! PO didn't say once he suspected me yesterday! The below is what he said......

I think I have mostly tried eliminating people rather than suggesting people - and this is the first time I have gone outright and named somebody. I know darave is good, I know VOR and Norway are good and I'm as sure as I can be without knowing you are good. That left me with the three. The three quietest ones I would add, and thus the hardest to pin anything on. Tbh I was expecting PJ to kill Opti since I thought his inexperience would let him down and prove it was him but the nett result is still the same. As I said had he could have gone for anyone else I wouldn't be naming him now.

 

I think Darave is good (calling himself out very clever if that is what happened) although the fact he is a very experienced player worries me. Tvor false matyr shot doubtful!
Norn he did pick up on what I was saying about the masons .

Sorry Norn Darave has been so in the spotlight I dont believe its him for me it was a toss up between you and TVOR and that scenario was long odds .
