Named as extra backup Seer.
Not used when all the Seers have died.
Wow this seems like it happened a long time ago now. Thanks 352 for taking over for the last day, much appreciated.
Once the evil team were down to one player I decided to give Darave a little assistance where possible without breaking any rules. The only times this ever happened were when I told him all Seers were gone, when he had a tie with Cude to be lynched, (I made sure Cude had the favourite in the horse race but a 25-1 shot still won), and killing off non voters near the end. Not killing off non voters at the beginning was purely being nice, no other reasons at all. I was really surprised that day 1 was played by every player, so didn't want to be mean after that.
I thought it was an outstanding game that was made even better by the lunacy that was VoR. At the time it was a pain in the backside as I got rule questions every day, (Werewolf rules are very flexible VoR ), but looking back it made it the game it was.
I can't wait to actually play in the next one after seeing the tactics first hand.
I still maintain it takes two to tango, and had Cude not made such a big thing about not wanting to be viewed I probably would not have pursued him so vociferously, to me the more he protested the more suspicious he became.
Talking about the rules, maybe all old copies of the rules should be deleted just before a new game starts, and whoever is running the game should put up their own clear set of rules for that game, though they should not stray too much from the general existing format of the game.
I did literally laugh out load a number of occasions due to TVOR. I think when you know who is who it makes the game a lot different.
I think getting Mike voted off was the game changer, there was no way I could of used him as a night kill.
That's where you have to start thinking outside the box VoR - I rightly defended myself
we have actually had some very successful guardians in previous games. its a shame that some of the threads seem to have gone missing. they make a great read.
Did I win?
