You'll remember Iriney was at Majorca last season, that means they're editor was in control of him, now he's back I have absolutely nothing to go by on editing him, that and the fact that he seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth.

Vydra's speed is 83, which is in the middle of the top bracket, only exceptional being higher (think Bellerin, Walcott, Valencia, Anya etc) - that's plenty.

Unless what you meant of course is, "Why can't I play as Watford and pace abuse people with Vydra?" in which case, I can't help you.

 

I just thought as Vydra is known for his electric pace you would of taken it into consideration.

 

I can't remember how it compares but he's one of the fastest in the league which is about right.

 

Not sure if it's your area, but why is Anya left footed for the 3rd year in a row?

 

I literally never score free kicks on FIFA. For about 5 years I've just hit shoot and hoped for the best. Not sure why, think I just can't be bothered with working out where to aim for and how to put power in it without skying.

I've missed free kicks with Ronaldo...Messi...everybody. But in my very first free kick in my first game of 15, Dani Tozser slammed one into the bottom corner.

 

I'm very inconsistent with free kicks but do score on the odd occasion, bent one in off the post with Memphis Depay on FIFA 14 yesterday. I line up the last player on the wall with the post, hold the analog stick up and go for 2 bars of power. Usually hits the target at least.

Yup, I skipped Fifa 14 cos I hated the demo, so i've been playing 13 for the past 2 seasons, scored about 5 free kicks max in 2 years. Fifa 15 demo i'd scored 2 in consecutive games!

After discovering Vydras a bit crap though, i've swapped him for Ighalo and he's been smashing it (9 goals in 6 games).

 

I like the new fifa, a lot of fun.

 

FIFA 15 is what you expect every release to be; an improvement.

Better gameplay, movement, AI etc etc.

 

Finding the shooting quite difficult in comparison to FIFA 14

 

Have they fixed the issue in the demo of taking a fake shot in the box and then using a finesse shot to score? Waiting to pick up a ps4 and get it I think.

 

Looking to upload goal I scored; it was Huddersfield all over again, all one touch passes with FF flat cross to Deeney to slide in.

A. ShadowPlay is not well optimised for FIFA 15 yet.

B. The actual move is mostly intact.

C. Will look to upload it around 7-ish.

Also Gomes has been very Gomes-ish for me, mostly Worldies with a WTF moment in there. Big improvement over Almunia in-game, as he's an 80 Diving and Reaction Actobatic with decent positioning. Handling and kicking are weak though, but his powered long throws are beastly.

 

What was the issue? I hadn't played the demo

 

I love Paredes online, just eats up pace abuse teams

 

Pretty much anywhere inside the box, take a fake shot, and as long as you don't get tackled, instantly follow up with a finesse shot and it always beat the keeper.

I've slowed him down a lot so you'll see that on the next update, and Ighalo is also dropped down a lot in a few areas

Actually card updates don't affect UT do they?

 

Don't tell me your updates affect PC too! Current Watford team is beastly.

 

Paredes had 95 and 93 speed/acc or something, it made him one of the fastest players in the world. I've seen nothing in his few appearances to suggest he is, he'll still be quick but not as quick.

 

Stat updates don't affect Ultimate Team. Only other game modes where latest squad updates are downloaded.

 

Currently in February in the first season with Watford, sat 2nd in the table. Deeney is top scorer in the league with 15.

Signed Marvell Wynne (Fastest CB in the game/one of) and Callum Wilson for £700k - considering he's got lightening pace and only 22 I think it's a bargain.

 

Anyone else doing a career mode with Watford?

How are you finding the game so far? Apparently goalkeepers are a bit dodgy.

 

Generally speaking they're much better, but you do get a WTF moment once in a while.

Imagine Gomes Worldie saves with a Tottenham moment thrown in.

Started making a Premier League UT before I realised it was boring and everyone was overpriced, so I sold everyone and built a Spanish nationality team with a better overall rating and with coins to spare. A lot of fun to play with.
