That would make sense to me re Sema, however, we do not have adequate backup for Kamara. Only James Morris, or Ryan Andrews if he's good enough. Danny Rose is still on the books of course, but I can't see him being part of things. So, Sema as backup to Kamara, would make sense. He played left wing-back for Udinese, and had a decent season doing it by all accounts.
Rob seems to like him though based on the training clip. It may be a bit excessive having him as sub in the Champ using up a non-HG spot while we have Kamara as first choice, but if there's room for him then having Kamara and Sema as the two LWB options will be great at this level. Given he can also fill in at CM at this level that might be an extra reason to keep him.
Think Hungbo is being looked at as Kamara’s back up this season. Sema is an ok option have as he can “do a job” in different positions, but with this new rule, I think he will head back to Udinese.
Will Troost really be moved on? Didn't we break some sort of defensive record last time in the Championship with him being a regular starter?

Let's face it. We're not going to sign anyone remotely exciting or decent. We will watch as all the half decent talent in the lower leagues gets snapped up for small fees and watch them perform for other sides. Would massively surprise me. I think that Ivic tried that given how he used him in pre season and then in the early games of the season. He'd quite often call him over during breaks in play to give him some detailed instructions. But he was, for the most part, rubbish so was then shifted to a wider role before disappearing from the squad altogether.

If Leeds had any sense he would be their replacement for Raphina. £60mil for Raphina and then signing Dennis for £20-25mil would be a great piece of business for them.
Disappointing. If they're unnamed they've certainly not got the fundamentals right and probably don't have a head coach, stadium or staff to negotiate the transfer either. Hopefully one of the named PL clubs comes in for him instead.

Seems to me as if we will sell anyone whom we are offered money for, which obviously only applies to our better players, the Pozzos will be hoping that leaves us with enough depth to earn promotion???, however should their tactic work it will leave us incredibly short on the required lever of player required to be successful in the P.L. and down we go again!
It hasn’t been a dramatic fall from Grace. This has been a slow rotting, festerous wound caused by consecutive poor or terrible transfer windows since 2017 or 2018. You don’t get to fix that continued incompetence in one window.
