As if being a Platypus was not in itself amusing enough the notion that it is 'ITK' is just superb.

 

Yeah if we have to try and get these deals done in the summer then I can see some problems, i.e. bigger clubs coming in for them. Plus if we don't go up will they even want to re-sign?

 

Agreed but if Vydra et al haven't gone anywhere else I'd settle for that.

 

Especially the ones who've said they want to stay? Maybe they'll announce them all together... I'd like it to be done on the hour every hour...

Italy is one or two hours ahead, so their transfer window is closed or closing, I presume. Looks like we are struck with a load of loanees for the rest of the season! Never mind folks, it hasn't worked out bad so far. Just puzzled as to why indications were thrown out that we would or could be signing some of them permanently during this window.

I think that's pretty exciting.

Given the chance, Iwelumo is tricky on the ball and has lightening feet. Combine that with his raw pace and there will not be many CB's in L1 that will be able to keep up with him.

 

Italian window closes earlier. However, I believe that there may be 55 minutes or so left.

 

Also just because we haven't heard anything doesn't necessarily mean we haven't signed anyone maybe we will hear later tonight or tommorow morning

 

Just because nothings been announced doesn't mean we haven't signed anyone, I'm sure everyone's very busy behind the scenes. If you're player why sign now when you can wait 4 hours and see if anyone else offers you more money/better transfer?

Well I'd take Ekstrand and Battochio, and FF has already signed. Neuton I'm not bothered about and Fanchone has already been let go.

I think it's pretty obvious that Abdi and Vydra will only be here next season if we're in the Premier League. They'll be here for the rest of this season regardless so I'm not sure why everyone is so worried about whether we sign them permanently today or not.

 

It seems odd that we sign Forrestieri permanently before the transfer deadline but we seem to be less and less likely to sign the oher loanees before the deadline. Why was Fessi the exception?

Is it possible we've been placed under some sort of embargo whilst the investigation is underway? If I remember correctly, Fessi was signed before that observer report about Baz and the salad boys?

 

There's still time. I'd like to see at least one or two signings today.
