well nearly managed to catch up with everything. A long hard parish meeting this afternoon that went on far far to long. The coach damage to the verge is a dreadful shame and could hamper our best verge display in this years competition. It appears that the local press are taking an interest in the recent activities in the village so we have opened the village hall for them to use. It does mean that the Old peoples dance club will have to be moved to thursday this week.
I can't give you the keys myself. They have to be requested. Rest safe in the knowledge you'll be in there soon.
We can talk about what it all meant, but don't talk about tomorrow, or even hint at tomorrow. Just keep it chilled, is the best, but also most vague, way I can put it. Don't trigger investigations if you can help it.
Ah, sorry, I missed this post. It is indeed Of Mice and Men. I've been using a different text for each scene so far if I recall correctly. I will probably run out of suitable stuff to crowbar in, but we'll see. TVOR's killing just seemed to fit with Lennie's death.

That is disappointing to say the least. Not that I can complain - I wasn't sure who if was guilty although would probably have gone with TVOR based on his random posts - and accept any criticism of chickening out and voting for myself. I'll be about tomorrow morning and evening but not the afternoon. I've got tons of reading to do just to catch up on today!

Well... I am most unimpressed. Huge apologies to everyone for being unable to vote - I certainly was not expecting the 13 hour work day when I was posting before at lunch time. Special thanks and apologies to 352 who is obviously spending loads of time on his excellent story posts. I may have to start putting in my vote earlier to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Sorry guys, admittedly I was one of the main protagonists in getting people to vote TVOR. Maybe I should sit back tomorrow as clearly my judgement is pretty **** poor!

Still a good guy and not a bad guy in the end, also proves that the wolves are talented enough to lead us all to the same conclusion.
I understand that, I'm just saying, TVOR put out a cryptic warning about not believing everything that is seen, but as a group people were so ready to jump on what the seer posted, and combined with what the wolves wanted, to not give it a second thought
The tinker isn't any more good than the rest of us though. If anything they can be a disruption. We can go forward now without having the extra consideration of whether the Seer named people are tinkers.
If I'm alive in the morning then I'll be posting less than usual as Junior Diamond has surgery at the village hospital tomorrow morning, followed by me in the afternoon, (yes really, same day). If the worst happens tonight then I may ask them to remove the axe from my back at the same time. So for now, let's drink!

Damn, was hoping for a good result tonight but it was not to be. Unfortunately the game started with 2 tinkers, so there's still that possibility, however it has greatly reduced the chances!
