ITK. Beppe given his cards before the game on Tuesday. Dyer celebration was his way of saying goodbye and thanks for all the encouragement in the last few weeks.

Watford will play in yellow on Saturday #ITK

Someone needs to step up, deal with the faults in the team, whether that's Sannino, a new manager or Deeney, and sort this out before results are affected.

But you said in an earlier post that you do think he will gone shortly ? Which one is it ?

Or do you not really have a clue and are just rehashing what someone from the club has said, someone who may or may not have heard something, but in reality doesnt really know either.

Ultimately the only people who have a clue what will happen next are Pozzo Jr, Pozzo Sr, Nani, Duxbury and Sannino. Add to that list possibly Deeney depending on his relationship with the management.

The rest is hearsay and rumour. Football clubs are full of disgruntled people gossiping and rumour mongering just like any other large organistaion .

I don't think me saying Sannino hasn't gone yet, and me thinking Sannino will be gone very soon are mutually exclusive.

True YK ,but You ve been implying all along that Sannino will be gone shortly .
That may turn out to be the case , it may not .
But the fact is unless you have the confidence of the senior execs at the football club ( which you don't) you have no idea what is really going on , and to say otherwise is just speculation .

Not having a pop , just saying that's all

Indeed, I used the word guesswork in my original quote. I have no idea what the Pozzo's are thinking or what they have said to him, I just might have a better idea of what's gone on than those who purely have read it on the paper, knowing that I feel his position is untenable, the Pozzo's may not agree.

YK has proved to be a reliable information source in the past. There's nothing worng with a bit of speculation based on knowledge.

I think we be had enough speculation for the time being . Let's just deal with facts as the whole situation is already blown out of perspective

It's likely the size of the squad creates its own problems, let alone the talent added in the summer. But it seems Beppe wants more than talent, he wants work rate and passion.

Maybe he is now filling the gap till a replacemnt comes as GF did
Maybe this has been blown out of proportion
For sure thou, those selected to play get my support by default at the start of the 90 mins

If it was really a massive deal over squad size, surely we wouldn't be bringing in 3 new players...

Big squads are good when you're doing well.

In 12/13 we had a big squad, but we were up in the top 6 for most of the season so there wasn't a dissenting voice to be heard.

Last year we had another big squad, but once you're languishing in mid table it's hard to keep morale up for that many players.

Get a few more wins on board and the fans will get in the spirit promotion push, and that trickles down into the dressing room. Good feelings all round.

We're second because we have the best squad in the league.

We're second in spite of Sannino.

The man who has taken us to 2nd has been forced out, leaving us up s**t creek with promotion now unlikely. The club are now looking for a new head coach who has to hit the ground running and achieve promotion whilst dealing with a difficult dressing room.

I can see why you're so chuffed.

We only finished 13th BTW, add this season's points and we'd still be nowhere near the playoffs.

    1 Leicester P
    2 Burnley P
    3 QPR P
    4 Derby 93
    5 Wigan 80
    6 Brighton 79
    7 Forest 78
    8 Reading 78
    9 Blackburn 77
    10 Ipswich 73
    11 Bournemouth 73
    12 Watford 72
    13 Middlesbrough 72

Yes - we'd now be 12th on goal difference whoopie!.... Oh and weren't Blackpool top a year ago?

Forced out? He left due to the problems he caused with his management style.

Where is your apology to Frank Smith by the way, or at least an admission you got it consistently wrong within the last few weeks?

It's hilarious to see the usual suspects insisting upon continuing with the notion that Sannino has been "forced out" as if he'd done nothing wrong, despite the long running rumours of unusual and unacceptable behaviour on his part, not only suggested by some on here who have proven to have a degree of insider knowledge in regards to the club, but also a Watford Observer journalist.

But no, it's clearly all bullsh*t and we just have a few evil players that have forced out poor old Beppe for no reason...

As others have said, I believe we're where we are so far this season because the current squad is of such a ridiculously high quality for this league and it's in spite of Sannino, not because of him. We'll be absolutely fine.

Blackpool were top this time last year...a few years ago Millwall were top at Xmas and were relegated the same season...he's done nothing except finish last season in abject humiliation and beaten some 'also rans' this season...not going to mention Norwich or the cup game...so whatever point you're trying to make is moot.

You beat who are in front of you. Norwich was played with almost the whole match with 10 men. The Doncaster match I give you but it wasn't the most important game in the world.

Those saying he's "lead us to second" realise we're only 5 games into a 46 game season, yeah?

Ok, enough of not being that guy regarding Norwich...if you claim to be more tactically aware as BS did (rather ironic...BS..Bull Sh...) any team with promotion credentials and aspirations should not be beaten 3-0 because they are down to 10 men.
Do you think Norwich would have capitulated? I definitely dont.

That game should have been shut down as they train to play with and against 10 men....it should have a tactical 0-0 borefest.

    There, I said it.
