Nowt wrong with a nice motor but the strong inferences from the investigations into his business and private life which lead to his suspensions inferred, er, dodgy dealing paId for the nicer things he likes. So no, he couldn't afford it really. Not the first bloke I'd call to ref a testimonial.

Listening to Talksport and a discussion on racism. The guest said there was a Watford player on LBC the other day saying he was regularly abused, any idea who it was. The guest is making some great points but I wish he would listen and respond in a more measured way and not just force his point of view on the discussion.

If it was a friendly, I presume that normal sanctions don't apply. If the England U21s had walked off against Serbia, I imagine that the world has yet to see the size of stick which the global footballing authorities would have used to beat the England team. We'd have been banned from international football for 30 years.
I looked that guy's record over, and I'm actually of the opinion "he" is some kind of bizarre social experiment. Look at the responses to "his" inflammatory comments, and many of them are just dripping with counter-racism or religious discrimination. The comments "he" manages to get people to write (and publically, no less) are just staggering.
