Please use this thread to post any Watford players who are currently injured, and if possible their known return date. Although you cannot edit an old post, you can still quote the original one and add any new information. Regards Skyla x
Yeah the only info I've heard on how long Etebo will be out for says he'll be out for 4-5 months. On a more positive note, his surgery was successful, though in true Watford FC fashion, I wouldn't get too excited about seeing him before the end of the season!
Yeah, I don't know why I put that - it's a mistake I'll remove it. If anyone does know or finds out what the extent of the injury is then please update. Thanks also to @Hogg-DEENEY!!! the info update on Etebo.
I don’t know how ITK the EPL injury room website is but they said this under Sierralta s entry… Oct 05: "A left femoral biceps tear confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging. So assuming a tear is about 1 month out wasn’t someone saying ?
Could be, but this is Watford FC recovery team we are talking about here, the get well quickly area after the hospital treatment. That actually sounds really painful though - all the best to him.
Maybe...but fill in the xxxxxs below "Number xxxxxx for Martha and the Muffins in xxxxxxxx" I know it's out of fashion and a trifle uncool but a great song and on my iphone
Kabasele out for a “longer period” yes https://www.watfordfc.com/news/news-king-sierralta-kabasele-injury-updates
Much better than expected, especially King. Only three fit centre backs at the club now, one signed today and two only arriving back a couple of days before Liverpool. Good luck Claudio.
Strange that Sierralta is only expected to be out for 3 weeks. I think it will be longer. Hamstrings are always slow to recover from. So we were suddenly down to just two fit CB's.....lol. It's actually quite funny. I've just checked out Nkoulou's injury record, and I'm impressed. He's not missed a single match through injury since March 2015!!. He must look after himself really well.
So...Sierralta is due to return to light training next week, any estimates for when he might be ready to play again then? Kabasele is in the first stage of his rehabilitation, don't know what that means or even exactly what injury it is, but it sounds serious!
https://www.svenskfotboll.se/nyheter/landslag/2021/11/semamrabti/ Looks like Sema is out with an injury. No other information other than that he is out.
MCL. That's him done for a while. Kwadwo Baah fractured ankle. Neither of these two are even playing, how does this happen in training?
Very easily. I broke and dislocated my knee while also tearing all the ligaments away by simply jumping to head a ball with nobody near me on a perfectly flat pitch.
https://www.mackolik.com/futbol/haber/ozan-tufan-kadrodan-cikarildi/ujg0dwkkxuz01sdqehaa2n71y Looks like Tufan is out with a knee injury.
Annnnd another midfield option bites the dust for x-amount of days, weeks, months (with our medical team) years.
