Ok I meant 4-2-3-1 or whatever we played at Birmingham. Not a bad way to play away from home, got a decent bit of possession and might have got a result if we could defend set pieces. Could work better with Murray and Kaca coming off the flanks and getting more involved. Better than Yeates and Deeney out there!
If you were at the Barnsley game you would have seen we were rubbish the moment we went from a 4-4-2 to a 4-5-1 or whatever you want to call it. We couldn't hold the ball up front without Deeney and were unable to apply any pressure. Furthermore since we've had Deeney and Garner as our front 2 we've arrested a slide of 4 defeats, winning our last 2 games. We should be looking to take the game to Forest on Saturday as they are in poor form and are in the bottom 3.
