11:52 CHELSEA TO TARGET JUAN JESUS Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus is a potential transfer target for Chelsea, according to Mediaset. The 25-year-old is rumoured to be heading for the exit at the San Siro and it is thought the Blues are considering the Brazilian as an alternative to Roma defender Antonio Rudiger. Rudiger recently suffered a bad injury while away with Germany at Euro 2016. Sky Sports Transfer gossip feed suggesting Chelsea want him now, probably just an easy rumour to churn out as they have an incoming Italian manager and he is reportedly available from a top Italian side... I can't wait for something to actually happen to talk about.
According to that tremendous brainbox and Classics prof,Peter Jones, 'Z' in Ancient Greek is pronounced 'sd' and the diphthong 'eu' is 'ayew'.So that may put the tin hat on simple old 'Zeus' then!
More accurately, there is no real "Z" in Ancient Greek. Zeta (Capital = Z, lower case = ζ ) is pronounced "zd", not really an English Z at all.
My personal favourite is 'xi' our x.It is a belter in both forms! Takes me ages to write the lower case, thankfully it is rare! Meanwhile is this chap heading to Chelsea?
You're right! It is a wonder they had time to write all their plays, build their temples etc. It must have taken them forever to get it all down, with all those curls and squiggly chaps going on!
