Don't think anyone knows exactly what is going on...what we do know is the fee was agreed with Roma and he was looking over the contract. Anything else is pure speculation.
I assume we hold his registration as the sale went through between Roma and Watford Going to be complicated if he wants to go elsewhere now...he can't
