Christmas Werewolf 2023 - Day Two

I think we can safely expect both messages to be very similar to yesterday's SLB message.

 

@domthehornet what time are you closing today? Watford are at home tonight.

Yes I've been working on that .Have one or 2 ideas that need firming up ,interesting to note no second message yet as Alpha probably doing the same .

 

Two players very quiet:
Watford Willy
Daft Row

Two players pretty active:
One dropped the ball on SLB yesterday but is still pretty active and hasn't dropped into the pack so seems legit - that's you.

No one else really adding anything. Bit of a stalemate at the moment really.

 

Other pretty active players:

Mike
Otter
Happy Hornet (but busy now)

8 voted out of 11 yesterday - safe to assume one of these 3 non voters would be one from:

Daft Row
Garbelia
Watford Willy

Also likely one of these may be a good character (guardian) due to the lack of a protector on night one.

Tough one to get right. Pick one of these three and might well get a second wolf.

 

So using Mike's theory of who goes partying Dom is our wolf and the game master , Team Good this gonna be hard

If we don't get a second message Then we can assume the one message is the seer and we vote for Tom

 

No logical reason for a seer not to post ,plenty of reasons for wolf not to post.

Learning my lesson of yesterday and with only one message naming Tom there is little else to go on .

Again apologies for tardiness. Working and trying to host a Christmas bash for my family today, will be more active tomorrow.

 

If we don’t get a second message we have to weigh up going for a viewed evil or an inactive. Appreciate I’m up for debate as quite inactive last couple days. The fact both wolves inactive and we have a message makes me lean toward the message.

That made me laugh ,to go down in werewolf lore ,Mike's law of people partying must be a wolf.

The opposite actually, remembered to put in my morning message yesterday but forgot until about 20 minutes after dom shut the thread, so missed voting.

 

If the single (so far) message had been a "good" view then voting for an inactive player would have been the only course of action.
As the message was "evil" it would be unwise to ignore it, don't forget half of the voters didn't choose SLB yesterday and that could have been costly.
I suspect that Tom is the Beta wolf and is being let down by an inactive alpha.

Question is is the Alpha forgetful or busy with life or deliberately leaving it late to deny the village thinking time? Or even hasn't been able to crack Seer code given up and won't bother posting!

 

Yesterday’s first message, that we now assume to be the alphas was pretty decent.

Had all the makings of an experienced alpha - a solid code, going first, all things a seer would typically do, whilst casting suspicion on a decent player (Otter).

I therefore reckon SLB was the alpha, was killed and the beta didn’t message a kill yesterday or a message today. We know our seer is alive, so have to assume that they posted on day 1 and 2.

Tom’s posted since the message, and I would assume if he was the alpha he’d have sent a message to save himself as otherwise he’s definitely getting killed. Delaying will only lead to more people voting for him.

So theres a chance he’s the full moon wolf, and we still have an inactive alpha, which would be hilarious.

 

I’m voting in 10 mins if no further message has come in.

Might vote for HH24 or Otter for a laugh

 

Hi all will be completely honest that I forgot to play yesterday, had to drive home to Blackpool from Canterbury and so hadn't checked the forum. Fully aware this may make me suspicious but I like to be honest and am also slightly annoyed at myself for missing it as I do enjoy these games.

 

Ok have voted per the one message received voted for Tom . Off shopping to get some beer for tonight's debacle sorry I meant match!

 

I thimk Alpha went yesterday personally. What a result if that's the case!
