Sky must be delighted - got us and Hull to discuss regarding sacking managers this weekend .

8 hours before kick off! Pozzo levels of madness.

Not surprised. With Tubby Tufan in the side they have no excuse not to be top 6.

Bilious better hit the ground running or the deeply unpalatable will happen I fear.

Tufan has been dreadful tonight against Luton. What an utterly disgraceful signing it was last season from the “master of player trading” Gino Pozzo. The bloke can’t even operate at lower championship level.

I did watch a little to see how the Tubby Turk was doing, especially as I'd heard the saps on SSN saying he was excellent in August.

    Well, he's still tubby!

Wright caught up with him after the Pre-season training and early season fitness work had worn off.

Desperately need 3 points tomorrow, currently 9 points off the automatics.

Quite honestly today's round of other fixtures do not interest me as much as they should do. Is it possible I am feeling mentally fatigued with our squad constantly under-performing this season? Maybe, but I am not expecting us to batter Stoke tomorrow either. I said in my prediction we would lose and I stand by that (although of course I would love to win!), but with how we are playing the most will can probably get is single point. With all the drama surrounding us at the moment (manager changes), it will be a while before we see any marked improvement. By then, automatics will be gone I fear, and we will spend the rest of the season battling for a playoff place or at worst a top half finish.

Surely Steve Bruce will be sacked or can WBA not afford to ?

But 3 points tomorrow and we are 1 point off the playoffs.
Yes we need to improve, but anything is still possible.

I'm shocked that Steve Bruce is doing a terrible job, who could've seen that coming? I'm still expecting him to turn up here at some point.

4 points from the POs and 4 points from the relegation zone. Exciting league.

I think getting promoted via a play off final is probably one of the most exciting things in football.

Although I’d rather go up as Champions , promoted by Easter .

Exciting in that anything could happen. We should be good enough to avoid the excitement (frustration) of a bottom of the table season, but can we get it together enough to have an exciting time at the top end of the table?
Let's hope for a new manager bounce!! (Not the first time we have hoped for this:rolleyes:)

So Boro sack Wilder 27% win rate. They want Edwards who had a 30% win rate with us courtesy of an injury time winner against Boro. Hmmm?

With Jones and Giles he can have no excuses about lacking in attacking wing-backs on both sides though!

Going to switch to 4 at the back with those two as centre backs. Will still clap the crowd though.

Didn’t do him much good !

And make sure to emphasise how he's at such a big club with a long and prosperous tradition and a world famous pop star supporter who did the Elton John 'Duets' album (but is Chris Rea).

Boro' might be just the challenge Edwards would take head on. A ex Premier League side who want to acheive a lot more than they have after relegation? Sounds a bit like us, but Boro' are not a "yo yo club" of sorts. It's the type of job he can expect to stay in past ten games at least. Wilder will no doubt get a decent job, but his stardom has fallen somewhat in recent seasons. Still a good manager for the right sort of club.

Interesting as if you're wanting to play 3 at the back then your go-to would surely be... Chris...Wilder...

Looking at our squad depth, is it really that thin?
    GK: Bachmann Okoye Hamer
    RB: Cathcart Gaspar Ngakia
CB: Hause Cathcart Sierralta Kabasele Troost Pollock
    LB: Kamara Sema Morris
    CM: Louza Kayembe Choudhury
AM: JP Asprilla Cleverley Gosling TDB
    #10: JP Asprilla Cleverley
    RA: Sarr JP Hungbo Kalu
    CF: Davis JP Bayo Manaj
    LA: Sema JP Asprilla

Surely with this squad its more about good management, motivation, desire, using the right tactics and playing the right system.

Id love to bring in 2 or 3 in the window but this squad should be top 3.

We should buy them both in Jan and loan them to Sunderland. Just for the craic.
