Haha yes he's a large fella alright! However, fitness work, game time, who knows. I'm assuming he's been half decent at some point in his career.

He might stay but I doubt he will have a place in the squad. Maybe work his fitness up until January and either make the squad or go out on loan. Pozzo's must have bought him for a reason. They knew he was injured.

 

Wouldn't be surprised to see him end up at Lille. They've just lost Corchia and his old coach Bielsa is there. The guy must have something about him surely, he may have an amazing pre-season and stay, who knows?

 

At least I have the confidence now that Silva and Gino, Duxbury and Dowling will make the right call with this guy. Last season most of us were left scratching our heads as to why D'D' was even bought let alone played, but do trust there must be something about him for the Pozzos to get him in.
